Haley Elzinga
With over 7 years of experience in residential lending and a strong background in community banking, Haley serves as a Mortgage Loan Originator at PeakView Mortgage in Salida, CO. Throughout her career, she’s taken on a variety of roles within residential lending, including loan origination, servicing, processing, and leading a lending team.
Since moving to Salida in 2016, Haley has embraced the City’s strong sense of community, seeking different ways to contribute. Along with serving as an Industry Partner on the board for REALTORS® of Central Colorado, Haley also currently serves as the Board President for Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity and previously served as Treasurer on the Board for FIBArk Community Paddling Center. Outside of work, you can find her exploring the great outdoors with her dog Nelly and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen

Laura Ostrom
Laura acquired her real estate license as a single mom in 2015. Living in South Fork, CO, she went to work selling rural mountain and vacation properties right away. A move brought her to Salida in 2016 where she joined First Colorado Land Office. Still working as a broker and commuting back and forth to South Fork, she took on another job as Transaction Coordinator for First Colorado. That transitioned into being an assistant to Jeff Post, and shortly after, the General Manager for the entire company’s operations. She was thankful to have the opportunity to be based out of Salida full-time. Since then, she has processed hundreds of transactions, implemented new marketing processes for the company, managed accounting and commissions, maintained compliance for the firm, and worked with training all of the new brokers in the company.
She was recently promoted to Vice President of the First Colorado Land Office, a position she is proud of and has extreme ownership of. Her passions are fishing, yard work, customer support, and building new resources for the team. She loves hanging out with her son, husband, and their dog Cooper.
Her goals are to provide a level of perspective to real estate that most realtors don’t deal with and tie it to efficiency and growth opportunities for all the brokers who are members of our board. The better we all are, the better we all can be. Her motto is that everything is “figureoutable” and she strives to keep that word.

Ryan Drengler
Born and raised in central Wisconsin, Ryan and his wife, Amy, moved to Colorado in 2019 after visiting and falling in love with the mountain life. Both avid hikers, bikers, mountaineers, skiers, and general outdoor enthusiasts, they relish new adventures and challenges. An attorney for over 8 years, Ryan made the move into real estate after having experienced his own difficulties buying and selling homes and wanting to help others avoid similar headaches. He has a degree in financial planning from the University of Wisconsin, where he was an athletic letterman and a law degree from Marquette University. When not exploring all that Colorado has to offer, Ryan enjoys playing music, writing, dog training, and volunteering in the local community. Recently Ryan was accepted for membership into the Salida Elks Lodge and hopes to join other local community and service organizations.

Shawn Allison
In 2007, Shawn took a road trip with his wife and dog to a camp spot just outside of Salida and fell in love with Salida on his first visit.
Shawn understands why people want to live in Salida, vacation, and spend time outdoors in this special place. He is a Real Estate professional because he wants people to fulfill that same dream in Salida.
Moving from Summit County, CO to Salida was easy. The change gave him an opportunity to get engrained into our community and involved in local groups and activities. In addition to being a full-time REALTOR® for First Colorado, Shawn helps entrepreneurs in Chaffee County through the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Prior to Real Estate, his background was owning successful businesses on the Front Range. Shawn thoroughly enjoys working with entrepreneurs to help them succeed in their own business endeavors.
The Agricultural Business degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, CA has helped Shawn to work closely with local ranch and land owners. He grew up on a small family farm and his appreciation for rural communities and landscapes is ingrained.

Joey Rovinsky
Since becoming a broker associate at Pinon REal Estate Group in Salida CO in 2020 Joey has quickly developed a passion for meeting new people and helping them achieve their dreams. With a focus and interest in advocating for affordable housing, Joey continues to serve his community by representing ROCC at the state and national levels. Recently he has begun working in commercial property management eager to create comfortable growth for businesses in Salida. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and various nerd activities.
