Power Hour
Power Hour (not your college drinking game), but a one-hour free non-CE monthly education event at a REALTORS® office and over Zoom to help you learn while enjoying lunch from the comfort of your own office, or join at a local office with other ROCC members. Some topics will be specific to certain areas, and others will encompass topics relevant to the whole state.

Rick Roberts, Chaffee County Assessor has been with the Assessor’s office since 1999 and was elected Assessor in 2022.
This Power Hour will cover what he does with regards to discovery, listings, classifications and values, how the assessor values properties, the calendar, new math, and what's to come. There will also be time for questions.
