Corianne Wright

Team Lead

Bio

Corianne is a dynamic REALTOR®, house flipper, and art enthusiast based in the picturesque mountains of Colorado. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a background in event management and curation, Corianne seamlessly combined her creative prowess and business acumen when she entered the real estate industry in 2018.
Initially focusing on real estate investment and flipping properties in Denver, CO, Corianne shifted her mission to assist fellow investors and homebuyers in making the purchasing process exciting rather than intimidating after relocating to the serene San Luis Valley in early 2020. In 2021, she obtained her real estate license and joined eXp Realty, where she has guided clients through each journey step with her laid-back and communicative approach.
Corianne's fun-loving and detail-oriented mindset, coupled with her innovative thinking, equips clients to excel in Colorado's competitive markets and in investment opportunities in Florida, Nevada, and New Jersey. From skillful negotiations that secure dream properties to impactful marketing strategies for optimum exposure, she is adept at leveraging market trends to provide state-of-the-art real estate solutions.

Amber Lawrence

Bio

Amber Lawrence is an independent broker and the owner of Amber Lawrence Realty in Fort Garland. After the Spring Creek fire of 2018 and rebuilding their home in Forbes Park, she has dedicated herself to the recovery and growth of the San Luis Valley.
Amber truly believes in how intricate and special each of our mountain communities is, as well as the great adventure they bring. While she's typically in Costilla County, she has had the pleasure of working throughout the region, building a great rapport with colleagues along the way.
Amber has built her reputation on the basis of integrity and honesty, with a 'boots on the ground' attitude. She strives every day to be the best representation she can for her community and clients. The passion she has for her business and the industry as a whole is equally as endless as her commitment to learning and exploring.

Cess Retener

Bio

As of April 1st, 2025, Cess Retener is ROCC's Chief Executive Officer.

As CEO, she executes decisions of the Board of Directors and its workgroups. She is the organization's liaison with the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Cess oversees ROCC accounting, and day-to-day business activities, while also interacting with members, industry partners, and the community.

Cess leads strategic direction projects, and financial operations in collaboration with the Board. Cess drives innovation and growth while upholding the organization's mission.

Planning for both short-term goals and long-term vision, Cess navigates business challenges within policy frameworks while prioritizing value creation for ROCC members through growth and retention strategies.

Cess oversees meetings, events, and education programs and ensures compliance with NAR Ethics and Fair Housing standards.

Ryan Morgan

Bio

Ryan Morgan was born in the San Luis Valley. He is bilingual in English and Spanish which has helped him serve clients from all over the San Luis Valley. His experience in sales and management has helped Ryan serve clients looking for agricultural, residential, and commercial properties.
He loves what he does and is committed to staying current with all aspects of real estate by continuing his education as a REALTOR®. Ryan’s goal as a member of the ROCC board is to support REALTORS® in the San Luis Valley, sharing his knowledge and experience so that the San Luis Valley is well represented as an energetic and active real estate market. He enjoys working with and learning from other REALTORS® as well.
