ROCC's Purpose: To serve and support members and inspire excellence, thereby enhancing our communities.
Work Groups exist to assist the Board of Directors in advancing the value of the organization for its members. Specific measurable goals are established annually with monthly reporting to the Board of Directors.
Advocacy
Establish an appropriate organizational structure and related processes for Outreach and Advocacy.

Promote awareness and relevance among members and the general public through various forms of communication to stimulate engagement and increase our value.

Performance
Develop and maintain administrative structures. Monitor financial resources, long-term sustainability, organizational preparedness, risk.

Create a vibrant learning environment that fosters collaboration and supports our members through innovative educational programs and engaging events.
Technology
