ROCC's Purpose: To serve and support members and inspire excellence, thereby enhancing our communities.
Work Groups exist to assist the Board of Directors in advancing the value of the organization for its members. Specific measurable goals are established annually with monthly reporting to the Board of Directors.
Performance & Technology
We will ensure the association’s long-term sustainability by maintaining strong administrative, financial, and risk-management practices while proactively managing and enhancing technology systems to support efficient operations and provide members with secure, innovative tools for success.
Communications & Professional Development
We will strengthen member engagement, relevance, and value by delivering clear, consistent communication and fostering a collaborative learning environment through high-quality education, events, and professional development opportunities that support excellence at every career stage.
Community Outreach & Advocacy
We will build meaningful relationships, advance local initiatives, and support advocacy efforts by establishing effective structures and processes that connect REALTORS® with their communities, promote fair housing and professionalism, and amplify the REALTOR® voice on issues impacting property rights and housing.
