Power Hour
Power Hour (not your college drinking game), but a one-hour free non-CE monthly education event at a REALTORS® office and over Zoom to help you learn while enjoying lunch from the comfort of your own office, or join at a local office with other ROCC members. Some topics will be specific to certain areas, and others will encompass topics relevant to the whole state.

November 2, 2026 will be the start of Real Estate Appraisers having to use the new Universal Appraisal Dataset 3.6. This is a new form required by FannieMae, taking the fields an appraiser must fill out from 34 to over 150! What does this mean to rural real estate, where very few appraisers will be ready?
Join Bill Mansheim from BigHorn Appraisals from Salida as he discusses what is changing, and Haley Elzinga, VP Real Estate from Collegiate Peaks Bank, who will discuss what this means for ROCC members.
